We recently completed the full electrical fitout for a new home build in Vincentia, Jervis Bay. Completed in March 2026, we worked in collaboration with KDR Building on a well-planned electrical system designed for both comfort and long-term living.
The property includes a main residence plus attached second dwelling , which the owners are preparing to list as an Airbnb.
A home designed for the future.
One of the key features of this project was ensuring the home would remain practical and accessible for the owners as they age. To support this, a lift was installed within the main residence, allowing easy movement from the entry to the upper level.
Our team completed all electrical requirements for the lift, including dedicated power supply, integration with the home’s electrical system, and compliance with all safety and operational standards. This feature not only adds convenience but also future-proofs the home for long-term use.
