Our team is currently in the process of completing all electricity works for new industrial premises under construction in Huskisson.
Working alongside the local builder, Matt Buckley, we are delivering a high-capacity, future-ready power and data infrastructure designed to support the demands of modern factory operations, including machinery, automation, and digital connectivity.
Phase 1 – Scope of electrical works:
- Level 2 service works, including connection to the local electricity network
- Temporary builder’s power to keep construction moving efficiently
- Full underground power and data cabling installation
- Conduit installed in the slab to future-proof the building for power, communications and equipment upgrades
- Earth bonding to ensure all metal structures are safely grounded, protecting both people and equipment from electrical faults
- Preparation for communications and data cabling to support future office or digital systems integration
This type of commercial project requires precision, planning, and compliance with strict safety standards. Our experience in industrial electrical installations means we understand how to build infrastructure that not only meets today’s needs but also allows for future growth and upgrades.
Project completion
In early 2026, the project reached completion, with the final phase delivering the full electrical fitout of the industrial units. This included internal electrical layouts, emergency lighting, switchboards, and power distribution tailored to each unit. We also completed communications and data cabling, NBN connections, and external works such as gate power, garden lighting, and associated excavation. This final stage ensures the premises are fully operational, compliant with current standards, and ready to support a wide range of industrial and commercial uses from day one.
