In conjunction with local builder, Red Dog Homes, were currently undertaking a full electrical upgrade as part of a major home renovation for a property in Vincentia, in the Shoalhaven area.
The project is due for completion by mid-2025 and includes both high-end internal electrical works and extensive external infrastructure upgrades.
An energy-efficient, smart home.
This renovation will transform the property into a modern, energy-efficient residence equipped with smart systems, luxury fittings, and future-ready electricity capabilities. From temporary builder’s power to final fit-off and certification, we’re delivering a comprehensive electrical package that has been tailored to the property’s upgraded design and layout.
Electrical works completed.
- ASP Level 2 electrical works, including service mains and private power pole installations
- Three-phase overhead power supply and connection, ensuring the property has ample capacity for high-demand appliances and systems
- Temporary builder’s power connection, allowing construction to proceed safely and on schedule
- Private power pole installation and excavation works
- Road crossing and traffic control, ensuring safe access for infrastructure upgrades
- All Endeavour Energy service work notifications and compliance
- New electricity switchboard installation, including metering and safety components
- Electrical and lighting design for the renovated spaces
- Rough-in of new electrical wiring, structured for both functionality and futureproofing

As the project progresses toward the fit-off stage, we’ll be completing:
- Outdoor garden lighting installation to enhance the landscaping and outdoor living areas
- Electrical fit-off for a residential lift
- Installation of heated towel rails in bathrooms
- Fit-off and connection of all electrical appliances and equipment
- Testing, commissioning, and issuing of final compliance certificates
- Structured data cabling installation to support smart home features and connectivity
