We were proud to partner with local Jervis Bay builders, AK Buckley Building, to complete the full electrical scope for this stunning new home build in Erowal Bay, completed in late 2024.
The property features a beautifully designed five-bedroom main residence and a detached two-bedroom granny flat. Both homes featured a seamless integration of modern electrical solutions, smart functionality, and stylish lighting.
Scope of electrical works
Our team managed the full electrical and ASP Level 2 services for this build, including:
- Full electrical and lighting design
- Rough-in of new electrical wiring throughout both dwellings
- Level 2 ASP works and a temporary builder’s power supply
- Road crossing excavation and traffic control
- Endeavour Energy service notifications and coordination
- Main electricity switchboard installation
- Installation of CCTV and security system
- Underfloor heating in all bathrooms

- Final fit-off, testing, and commissioning
Design-driven electrical solutions
This beautiful home was designed to take full advantage of natural light, so our goal was to enhance and complement the architecture with thoughtful lighting choices.
We installed subtle under-bench LED lighting in the kitchen and integrated strip lighting beneath vanities and within custom joinery, offering elegant illumination during daylight hours without overpowering the space.
In the evenings, dimmed downlights and feature pendant lighting create an inviting, warm atmosphere perfect for relaxing, studying, or entertaining. The layered lighting design ensures the home feels adaptable and comfortable at any time of day.
Outdoor lighting played a vital role as well. We installed strategic exterior lighting to showcase the home’s facade, provide safe access pathways around the property, and support year-round outdoor entertaining.
