We recently partnered with local builder Principle Constructions to complete the full commercial electrical fit-out for Mountain Side Meats in Vincentia.
Completed in mid-2025, this project required careful planning and execution to meet the specific demands of a modern butcher shop, ensuring safety, functionality, and a welcoming retail experience.

Complimentary lighting to enhance product presentation
In a butcher shop, the lighting isn’t just functional, it is essential for how customers view and select fresh produce. We designed and installed specialised lighting within the fridge display units, ensuring all cuts of meat are well-illuminated with natural-colour LED lighting that enhances texture and freshness without generating unnecessary heat.
We also positioned pendant lights above the service counter to create a clean, focused workspace and enhance the customer interaction area.

From bench power for cutting tools and vacuum sealers to safety switches and emergency lighting, we ensured all electrical infrastructure met commercial compliance standards and could handle the high demands of a busy butcher environment.
The end result is a modern, clean, and safe retail space that supports both functionality for the team and a premium experience for customers.
