We were proud to work alongside local builders AK Buckley Building, on this comprehensive internal and external renovation of a coastal home in Vincentia. The scope included a complete overhaul of the property’s electrical infrastructure, bringing it up to modern standards while aligning with the home’s fresh, contemporary design.

Using lighting as a design feature
Lighting played a pivotal role in this renovation. Carefully planned to complement the home’s new layout and architectural features. We installed sleek downlights and feature fittings that blended seamlessly with the interior design, offering both function and style.
Our lighting design extended outdoors, where we transformed the patio into a year-round entertaining space with integrated outdoor heating and layered lighting. Warm, ambient tones were used to create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring the area remains practical and safe after dark.
We also designed subtle garden lighting to highlight the property’s stunning natural sandstone features and bold landscape elements. These fixtures not only showcase the landscaping but also provide essential path lighting for safety and accessibility throughout the property.
