We’re currently working on a large-scale electrical infrastructure upgrade for a rural property in Toolijooa, approximately 10 minutes from Berry, on the NSW South Coast.
This project involves the relocation and installation of a new underground power supply in preparation for a three-phase electricity connection, delivering reliable, high-capacity power to meet the property’s growing energy demands.
We were engaged to assist in the property’s transition from single-phase overhead supply to a more robust and future-ready three-phase underground system.
With the property spanning a considerable distance from the point of supply, the project requires careful planning and coordination to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient connection.
Electrical works completed
This job requires a full suite of Level 2 ASP electrical services, including:
- Relocation of the service main/consumer main, with a new underground point of supply to enable three-phase connection
- Liaison with the homeowners’ trades to coordinate design plans and alter the existing network supply to meet Endeavour Energy requirements
- Installation of underground power cabling suited to the property’s size, covering a distance of 800 metres
- All network connections, including safe termination and reconnection at the new electricity supply point
- Excavation works and trenching, including traffic control and road crossing, where required
- Safe removal of redundant and disconnected overhead power poles
- Installation of a new three-phase electricity switchboard and metering system
- Integration with access control systems, including power supply for automatic entry gates
- All Endeavour Energy notifications, approvals and compliance paperwork managed on the client’s behalf
