This home renovation in Vincentia, Jervis Bay, was completed in collaboration with local builder AK Buckley Building. Completed in mid 2025, this project involved a complete electrical transformation of an existing property, resulting in a contemporary, energy-efficient residence that seamlessly blends modern design with superior functionality.
Electrical scope of works
Our team, including licensed ASP Level 2 electricians have delivered extensive groundwork, including:
- ASP Level 2 electrical works
- Overhead power supply and connection
- Temporary builder’s power connection
- Excavation, road crossing and traffic control
- All required Endeavour Energy service notifications
- Switchboard upgrades to meet modern capacity and safety standards
- Full electrical and lighting design to enhance both functionality and ambience
- Rough-in of new electrical wiring throughout the home
- Cut out work to prepare for final fit-off
- Installation of outdoor lighting to highlight the home’s exterior and landscaping
- Final fit-off and installation of appliances and electrical fixtures
- Full testing, commissioning, and issuing of electrical compliance certificates.
