We recently completed a selection of electrical works for a newly renovated home in the Ulladulla area.
The project involved installing feature wall lights through the home’s double-height stairwell and ceiling fans across the covered outdoor entertaining area.

The home’s bright stairwell features a tall window finished with sheer curtains. Working with the homeowners, two wall sconces were positioned on either side of the window.
The bronze up-and-down wall lights provide contrast against the white walls without overwhelming the space. Their simple design casts light both upwards and downwards, creating an effective feature while improving visibility on the stairs.
Lighting in a tall stairwell requires careful planning to provide adequate illumination to the space while also ensuring the fittings can be safely accessed for future maintenance such as changing the bulbs.
Ceiling fans installation on the outdoor terrace for year-round comfort.
We installed two white ceiling fans to the ceiling of the covered outdoor entertaining terrace.
Facing west, this area will attract the afternoon sun and the fans will improve airflow.
The streamlined fans sit discreetly against the white ceiling, preserving the bright, open appearance of the entertaining area.
Ceiling fans are a practical and energy-efficient addition to covered outdoor areas, making the area more comfortable during the warmer months.
